Retesting Unit after Failed Lab Results
If, once the lab results are received and there are samples that did not meet with the current Rhode Island set guidelines of what is deemed acceptable, the inspector will have to retest. We will notify the client about which samples failed and the best course of action to remedy the situation. The Client will then have 30 days to correct the hazards and have the Lead dust samples retested and sent to the lab.
